Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Restricted to Canadian residents aged 19 and older, excluding the province of Quebec.
2. One entry per household
3. To enter, electronic ballot must be correctly completed and submitted on www.safeathome.ca/holidays
4. Chances of winning depend on the total number of entries
5. 3 prizes packages will be awarded, each including 1 Kidde Escape Ladder, 1 Kidde Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm, one Kidde Sparky Smoke Alarm, and a 12 pack of Sparky holiday decorations. Approximate value: $225.00 Cdn
6. Contest officially closes December 31st, 2011 midnight, EST
7. The winners will be selected electronically from all non-duplicative entries January 9, 2012
8. Winners will be contacted by phone and must correctly answer a skill testing question to be awarded the prize. Prizes will be mailed or ground shipped.
9. No prize substitutions
10. Decisions of contest judges are final
11. Employees, volunteers or direct family members of the CAFC, Ontario Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council or participating sponsors, or their agencies are not eligible to enter
